HOW TO USE: Press the oval switch for 2 seconds. A blue indicator light will signal that the device is on. To change the temperature, press the oval switch up or down. Suggestion: Start at the 1st setting (104 F) to familiarize skin to the temperature. Once you have chosen your temperature level, press the circular button with the heat symbol, and the red indicator at the ceramic tip will turn on. At the same time, the device will begin vibrating indicating that it is working. To power off, press down for several seconds on the oval switch. The unit also has an automatic power off feature when placed for more than 45-60 seconds against the skin.
